Millersville is small, and it stays wooded. The city straddles the Sumner and Robertson county line just off the interstate, and much of it is large residential parcels with standing timber rather than tight subdivision blocks. Houses sit back from the road with trees on three sides, which is close to ideal conditions for wildlife: constant cover, minimal open ground, and a structure in the middle of it.
