Services

ACES Wildlife Solutions provides humane wildlife removal, exclusion, and related services. Specific scope, pricing, and warranties for any work performed will be set forth in a written estimate or service agreement.

Estimates and Payment

Quotes are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Additional findings may require an updated estimate. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to areas requiring service.
• Disclose known hazards (electrical, structural, pets, etc.) prior to work.
• Follow recommendations to maintain warranties and prevent re-entry.

Warranties and Limitations

Any warranty offered will be described in your service agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services or website is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. All content on the site is owned by ACES Wildlife Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

Cancellations

We ask that you provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled appointment. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
